The limitations of this free call is it allows you to talk for 5 minutes only. I also allows only 3 calls from one ip. So if you want to make more calls each time you disconnect from the internet and renew new ip from your ISP and make more calls and enjoy.

Another callback free Voip provider named Bok allows you to make free calls to USA and Canada. The unlucky thing, it will only works in USA and Canada. However people in Canada can call anyone in USA for free and vice versa.

Bok is actually a SMS callback system. You need to send a SMS with a number to BoK system and then it calls you back and connects your call.
