5 Simple tseps to use this service.

1.  Register at FLEKX.com

2. Download soft phone from PortSIP Click here to download PortSIP Softphone (2 MB)

3.  Check your email to get your account code & password.If you didn’t receive any, check your BULK or Junk Mail folder.

4.  Login to your softphone using account code & password. Check your email for instructions.

5. To call out to PSTN & Mobile numbers, follow the dial plan as below:

For Klang Valley Numbers(Numbers starting with 03):
Omit the 03, dial the number directly, eg. for 03-78808808, dial just 78808808.

For other Malaysian Numbers(Numbers starting with 04,05,06,07,08,09):
Include the area prefix, dial the number directly, eg. for 04-6888808, dial 047688808.

For mobile numbers (numbers starting with 01):
Dial the number directly, eg. for 012-7689090, dial 0127869090.

For Flekx numbers (Flekx numbers of your friends if they sign up as Flekx users): Dial the full number directly, eg. for 6012-6030000, dial 60126030000. Flekx to Flekx call WILL NOT use up any of your Flekx points. So, get your friends and family to sign up today!
