A good news to all Filipinos. Now you can call US and Canada for free. This offer is started by government with partnership with Pacific Network Inc. This free service is offer until February 2009. This free service is setupped in Manila at the ground floor of City Hall building. It is open to public from 8 am to 4 pm on weekdays. This free calling service to usa and canada will be available till February 2009. Currently the service is limited to calling USA and Canada for FREE.
