A SMS Provider named ipipi.com allows you to send FREE International SMS. Just you need to register in your website using an email and mobile number. They will send you an activation code to activate the account. Once you have activated the account you can send free SMS. For new signup they will give 3 Credits. For one SMS 1 Credit is used. So once you register you can send 3 SMS for FREE. After tat you need to buy credits and continue to use the service.
They are having two types of account to purchase.
1. Pay as you go.
2. Monthly Subscriptions.
