it is realy disturbing that u people dont reply to ur customer,s genuine problems and also u change ur rates without intimation like me for the last two years no transaction charges were made but payment made by me on ist ausgust transection charges were deducted though i have made the payment through same bank and same way .

The worst part, they say on web that payment takes 7 days to process. Mine was one on Dec 16th 2008 but still 0 credit. Tried everything by sending feed back also follow instructions as said on web to speed up process. But these damm people don’t reply. I am having a very bad experience in the first time usage. How do they work, this is ridiculous.
